Poker Nights run every Thursday and Saturday evening. Each session lasts approximately three hours, with a short break at the halfway point.

How to Join

Just Walk In

There are no tickets, no reservations, and no entry fees. Simply arrive at Card Haven during a scheduled Poker Night, let our host know you are here to play, and we will seat you at an available table.

    Walk into Card Haven during a scheduled Poker Night. No booking is required.

  2. Check in with the Host

    Tell our host you are here to play. They will confirm your age and add you to the seating list.

  3. Take a Seat

    We will seat you at an available table. If tables are full, enjoy a meal in the lounge until a seat opens.

First-come, first-served seating. Bring a valid ID—players must be 18 or older.

What to Expect

Before Your First Night

Game Format

We play Texas Hold'em in a casual tournament style. Each player starts with the same number of chips, and blinds increase slowly to keep the game friendly. The focus is on fun and skill, not elimination.

  • No buy-ins or rebuys—chips are provided.
  • Dealers rotate among players or a staff dealer is provided.
  • Sessions end at the scheduled time, regardless of chip counts.

Etiquette and Atmosphere

Respect for fellow players is paramount. We maintain a friendly, inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the game. Please keep conversations light and avoid distractions during hands.

  • Phones should be on silent.
